Sasha’s clinical interests include treating migraines, headaches, neck/shoulder tension and insomnia. Sasha is also interested in eyesight, vision therapy and enhancing creativity.

Theo grew up in an apple orchard thinking he would one day become an apple farmer as his parents before him.
Life had other plans that led him to collaborate with Sasha on energy work. Since then, he’s helped support clients and has been a mentor to many.
Theo grounds energy. Theo provides support. As a critical member of the Sage Plum team, Theo manages the office vibe, provides supportive feedback, and reminds people that second lunch and a nap are never bad ideas.
