Who We Treat
We treat adults (18 to 108 years old!) not experiencing contraindications such as brain tumors, cancer, strokes or serious medical conditions requiring thorough medical oversight. Also, all our patients must be comfortable in a small 2nd floor office with a golden retriever therapy dog and the use of essential oils. Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us and we work to safeguard it. You are welcome to receive a copy of SAGE PLUM LLC’s notice of privacy policies and practices at any appointment.
Cancellations
If you must cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before appointment time, to receive full prepaid credit.
(We prefer at least 48 hours notice.)
Booking Rules
Booking an appointment means that Square will charge your credit card for the full appointment amount.
Once your credit card is charged, we do not offer refunds – only a full prepaid credit is possible as long as you cancel 24 hours before appointment.
Punctuality
If you are late, we’ll wait 15 minutes – after that we’ll leave the office.
There are no credits or reschedules if you are more than 15 minutes late.
Illness
If you are sick or may be coming down with something, we cannot see you in the office.
If you notice symptoms within 24 hours before your appointment, email us as soon as possible and we can shift to phone appointment or work something out.
